• The perfect addition to your stay in the Black Forest is the Konus guest card. If you stay overnight with us, you can use buses and trains in the Black Forest free of charge, even for longer journeys. Simply ask for the KONUS guest card when you arrive. This is valid for the period of your stay in all buses and trains of the participating transport associations (except ICE, IC and EC, as well as mountain railways).
• Children aged 8 and over have access to the pool area during Kidstime from 1 pm to 3 pm.

Please note that these are indicative prices and that prices may vary during the season.

The local municipal tax is €3.00 per person (aged 16 and over). The local tax is charged separately.

• Arrival: The reserved room is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. On particularly busy arrival and departure days, e.g. Sundays from 4 pm. You are welcome to use the wellness area from 11 a.m., we will provide you with a bathrobe and towels.

• Departure: Please vacate your room by 11 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. The wellness area can be used until 11 am.

• Underground car park 15,- €/night, e-charging station 15,- €/night.
• Pets € 18 per night (without food). Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the wellness area. Your dog can accompany you to meals in the Schwarzwaldstube. Please also note our dog house rules.
• Subject to availability: day room on the day of departure including use of the wellness area until 6 pm, €45 per person.
• The wellness area is available from 11 a.m. on the day of arrival and can be used until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Extension subject to availability until 6 pm on the day of departure, € 15 per person.

• 10 % discount on all bookings of 4 nights or more (excluding Christmas and New Year's Eve; only on list price, not on offers; not cumulative)
• 5 % early booking discount for bookings made at least 60 days before arrival (excluding Christmas and New Year's Eve)
• 5 % regular guest discount (from the 3rd stay within 5 years on your booking, cumulative with early booking discount up to 10 %, excluding Christmas and New Year's Eve)

Only valid on our standard prices, not for special offers and not over Christmas and New Year's Eve. These conditions only apply to bookings made directly via the hotel website, by telephone or by e-mail.

Cancellation of your room reservation is possible free of charge up to 8 days before arrival. In the event of a later cancellation, we will try to rent the room to someone else. If this is not possible, we will charge 80% of the room price (for the next 3 nights at the latest). This also applies if your booking is cancelled due to late arrival or early departure. For bookings over Christmas and New Year's Eve, cancellation is possible free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
