Our treatment department is open daily from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm. The bathing world is open daily from 7 am to 10 pm and the saunas are hot from 2 pm to 8 pm (nude area). Children between the ages of 3 and 8 have access to the pool area during Kidstime from 1 pm to 3 pm. Access to the sauna is for young people aged 16 and over.

Of course, you can also book your treatments on site, but not all treatments may then be available to the same extent. All treatments will be charged to your hotel bill.
Use only in sportswear, please place a towel underneath during training. Our wellness trainers will show you how to use the TechnoGym cardio and strength equipment during the daily equipment briefing. For insurance reasons, children and young people under the age of 18 are not permitted in the fitness room.
Agreed appointments can be cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours before the treatment date, after which 80% of the price will be charged if the appointment is not used. Thank you for your understanding.
It is best to come to your treatment in a cosy bathrobe. The towelling slippers are unsuitable for the wet area (risk of slipping). You are welcome to purchase bath slippers in the shop. For reasons of hygiene, we ask you to wear sportswear and clean trainers in the fitness room and to use a towel on all equipment.
Do you have high blood pressure, diabetes or allergies? Have you recently had an operation or are you pregnant? Please let us know when you book your treatments. This also applies if you are taking certain medication or are still breastfeeding. If in doubt, please always consult your doctor. We offer special treatments for expectant mothers.
We have marked suitable treatments with a dummy. If in doubt, please always consult your doctor and please understand that we only carry out cosmetic treatments from the 26th week of pregnancy.
No drinks should be consumed between the individual sauna sessions so as not to interrupt the detoxification process.
